While the guys I was staying with would be going back and fourth to classes @ BYU-Idaho, I would be at the pad solo, so I took some pics that had to be taken....I love the snow and the cold weather...when I am INSIDE though! Lol!!! Being in -12 degree weather was just...whew...dang cold! I met up with Greg 'AKA' NATO (his black name) and Kurtis and these are just random shots!

Getting Dressed In The Warm Apartment!

Keep in mind that I had NEVER been tubing a day before in my entire life and I just recently found out about tubing and what it entailed and all the sports that I had heard of scared me to death, but I really had a fun time tubing! We drove the 3-wheelers out there and it was intense because I was riding on the back and I was thinking that I was going to fall off because when you are riding on the back, esp on the back and when ur going up a hill and the bike cannot pull with anymore force, it is scary and you fall off....but getting in the tubes and rolling down the sand dunes was great! Great! Great! I loved it! I really loved it! I want to do it again...I did not go a lot of times, but now I wish that I would have taken full advantage of it! It is great to break out of my comfort zone/shell and try something new. I really wanted to go skiing and snowmobiling, but taking one fun and exciting thing at time, huh?

"Avatar 3D" vs. "It's Complicated"

The Avatar 3D Experience: This movie that I finally got to see this past Saturday was a big flop and my head actually started to hurt and I kept on silently wishing, hoping, and praying that it would end. I so wanted to walk out but I did not! Why? I think I just like wearing the 3D glasses even tho I aint see nothing that was in 3D! I would best describe this film as a "blue love story." Blue because that was the color of the damn Avatars, not in reference to blue as in sad or music! Lol! I can see why the majority of people loved it, but at the same time I can see why the other half hated it! It had all the elements to be a good movie, but at the same time just because James Cameron directed it-YOU DO NOT GO TO SEE A MOVIE BECAUSE OF A DIRECTOR OR WHO IS IN IT!!

It's Complicated Experience: This movie was very good, I was shocked that this film was not #1, among all of them that was coming out in December....like the infamous Sherlock Holmes. I was just upset and pissed off at how the movie ended...I am like this-if a movie is having a plot where there are complications, maybe in the end of the movie, the directors can at least post on the screen what happens, or who rectified the situation, but to just have it end...period....nothing...no information hurts the rating that I was going to give it of 2 thumbs up to nothing! Overall, this was a great film and I would want to see it again....there were definitely a lot of things that were complicated in this movie and it had the perfect title!

Me, Karston, and Blake

I took the liberty of making some good Southern classic food, Seafood Gumbo-me and Judd went to THREE different stores and none of them had certain ingredients that I needed in order to the Gumbo the good old fashioned way that we make it in the South....so I had to substitute some things. It still came out great and preparing it was so much fun-I let everyone do a lil some thing so that we could interact with each other so that I could get to know them just a little bit better! And it worked. Laken was in charge of washing off the raw and uncooked chicken. She was acting insane saying that she could not touch it, stab it, or poke at it! I was laughing so hard that I had to run to the bathroom and splash some water on mah face and my eyes were blood red and no onions were even in sight! I made some potato salad as well and they loved it....I mean everyone ate it all up and after that we took some thug pics and as you can see Alissa got the thug look down to a science...She must have been practicing before I got up here...if not, that girl is a natural...she can be the next 'Lil Noonie!! Lol

On Wednesday, January 6th, 2010-we went to Clinton, Utah-on our way to Idaho to see Travis (ex-Elder Hancock)-he just happens to have the same exact name!! That is so cool, eh? Kurtis, Grace, and I were driving all for FIVE hours and man, we were waiting for a very long time to get to Potato Land! When we finally got to see the "Welcome to Idaho" sign, we got out of the car in the snow (heavy snow) and took a picture, it was so slick and slippery and freezing!!! I got to meet some cool new people & they are really amazing! Glad that I am getting the chance to meet them!

The Entire Crew: Daniel Payne, Chase Busath, Jeremy Rosenvall, Steven Hansen, Andrew Stone, Jordan Ludlow, Chase Jeppsen, David Jackson, Kurtis Skidmore, Shawn Jensen, Wayne Herrington, Jay Baker, Austin Lawyer, Sam McKay, and that's it! I love them all and glad they were able to see me!

I met up with some ex-missionary friends of mine and we went out to Chilis (yes, again...) and we all had a great time catching up with everyone. It was great to see everyone again whom I could never get a hold of on the telephone! Lol! As soon as I entered the room-everyone clapped for me and was cheering...it made me feel so embarrassed, but still very appreciated to them! Afta that we all went back to Austin's pad and watched a DVD, "The Fighting Temptations." Half of them left because they had school the very next morning, so we took some pictures and then the rest of us just chillaxed there! I was sad that Logan and Austen was not there, but it was all good, I understood that they could not get away!

Me and Baby Olivier Outside the Chocolate Factory in Park City!!

Every time I go to Utah, I am always seeing Zach & Lisa for maybe a quick bite to eat or something, but I felt like we took a 'lil road trip from Provo 2 Park City, Utah. It felt like we were driving all around and it was the very BEST time that I have ever had with them in all mah trips to Utah. I got to meet their son, Baby Olivier J. Collins. He kept looking at me the entire time-he can literally look and just stare at people for hours and not even blink. That is a gift! We went and saw The Louge and went to the Olympic Center where the Olympics were held a few years ago...we had Wendy's and then we were on our way. It was great to be with them and spend some real quality time with them. I wanted to cook something Southern for them, but we had to rearrange some things.

Me and the Big Boy, Baxton

First, the flight was great all except da damn pilots were going to damn slow! How is it that they say they are going 300 MPH when it feels like they are going that fast when they take off?!?!?! WTF? I got to see mah TWO of mah THREE favorite families: The Bybees and The Spencers. Brady picked me up at the Airport where they lost my luggage. Not the greatest way to begin a great and well planned out vacation, huh? I know. We drove to Chilis and all of the Bybees were there waiting on my arrival and I felt all the love in the World! They are always there to smile and make me smile. I got to see Braxton, whom is the greatest and smartest kid in the World! He is ready for Harvard Law School! Lol! I love him! I got to meet Baby Madison and got to see mah girls Aubree and Hayden. They love me so much and I feel the same about them. I got to meet Aubs husband, Justin. He is way cool cool, too! I got to meet Hayden's BF, Ryan. He is cool too! After I was finished with them I went to Eagle Mountain, Utah and saw Crystal and Taylor Spencer and met their little boy, Gavin 'AKA' to me as Baby G-Unit! Lol! We played Family Fued and then we ate Jambalaya and Fried Pork Chops. They assisted me in the kitchen! We alos watched the movie "Obsessed." My luggage arrived there at their place at about 2:35am! I did not care how long it would take for it to arrive, I just wanted it because I had everything in there! I cannot survive with just a carry on bag and my laptop!
