Blogging has become a major part of my life now, thanks to my friend, Rachel for bringing me on-board to this. I blog about almost every major exciting thing that happens in my life: the good, the bad, the depressing moments, the exciting moments, etc. It is a good way for me to become more expressive and communicate with the ones close to me! I share a B'day with Matt Damon, Kristanna Loken, Chevy Chase, Paul Hogan, and Sigourney Weaver.

The Superdome Exit!!
There are NO words that I can think of to describe how intense this parade was tonight! This was quite a victory celebration for the Saints! I got to shake hands with Garrett Hartley, Reggie Bush, Drew Brees, and Jeff Charleston! It was like seeing movie stars, but if I did see celebs, I would be acting more crazy than than I actually was tonight! The coverage of this parades was CRAZY! The streets were packed with more people than I see on Mardi Gras day! We supported and loved our team! I am glad that they won and they celebrated for sure tonight! It just sux that so many people want to be around them and they can't! :(

Geaux Saints!! We Cheering For You!!

Crowds of people that HAVE been lining up!!
The New Orleans Saints arrived back in New Orleans TODAY following a big Super Bowl win in Miami Sunday night. The team touched down at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport around 3 p.m. Millions of fans lined the streets both on and off airport grounds, greeting the Super Bowl champs as they flew in. It's so great to be united in joy and not united in travesty like we were with Hurricane Katrina!! The team recognizes it, and they know how important this is to us. The team pulled away from the airport in their personal vehicles. Fans had been gathering since early Monday morning to cheer them on. I was not going to be at the Airport for 5am no matter how big a fan I am, but maybe I should have because I could not get a lot of good pics!! They had tinted windows and EVERYTHING like they did not want to be bothered at all!! LOL!! The Saints will get an even bigger homecoming tomorrow night, when the city throws the team a celebration parade. Hopefully I get better close up pics even though it will be at night!

The 2010 Superbowl Goes 2 The WHO DAT!! Black & Gold

This was a great and modest win for the New Orleans $aints!!! Drew Brees was the best player! He deserved MVP because he really did an outstanding job! I cannot believe the score: 31-17!! Damn!! When Payton Manning threw the ball and it was intercepted and we scored that touchdown....that was when the game was all over even thought the time was not out yet! I just cannot believe that the NOLA Saints are the 2010 Superbowl Champions! It took them so many years to get this far and I am so proud of them and I am looking forward to the parade this upcoming Tuesday evening! I have no idea how long the celebrations will go on for in Louisiana, but with MARDI GRAS COMING HERE IN A WEEK-IT IS BOUND TO GET A LIL BIT INTENSE HERE!! I mean, I need to think about my safety because it can be a bit rough around these parts and you never know what can happen...people get carried away over the little things and the Saints winning is a very huge deal and once again I am proud of my Black and Gold winning the 2010 Superbowl!! WHO DAT!! WHO DAT!! WHO DAT!! GEAUX SAINTS!! YEA...DA COLTS AINT BEAT DEM SAINTS!!!

The 2 & 3 Parades of '10: Knights of Excalibur and Atlas

I am not very experienced @ taking photographs at night as you can see...when the floats were right in front of me-that is when I was taking the best pics & there was a problem though...a lot of great beads and cups were being thrown off the floats and I had to catch them! I had a great time in the cold weather! I mean, it was not freezing cold, but the parades were great to be at...there were two tonight! One started at 7 and the other was at 7:30 and I caught a lot of beads and cups!! It was fun! Only in NOLA does parades get off and be great!!"Dear John" Movie Premiere

This movie started off good, but then it went a little bit plain and downhill with some random good points, but it was being portrayed by the wrong actors! They should have been more spicy and played the ending roles as well as the played hte starting ones. I love romantic movies & this was one that I liked-Channing Tatum is a really good actor and he did really okay in this movie but maybe he should stick to dancing roles only like in "Step Up." Lol! The plot summary was well-written, but like I stated-----it just was plain and I was expecting more than what it was!

The 1st Parade of 2010: "Little Rascals!!!"

First of all, I cannot get that song out of my head that was playing for almost ever single last cheerleading squad that was marching in the parade: BLACK AND GOLD IN THE SUPERBOWL....WE GOIN'...BLACK AND GOLD IN DA SUPERBOWL!! WHO DAT!! WHO DAT!! WHO DAT!! This song had a nice lil beat to it! Ya best believe that I was dancing to it, no drunk-cannot say that for everyone else though! I caught a lil beads and a few cups! It is always nice for me to go to parades, they calm me down and make me forget about any and all problems that I may have in my life....it is a time to just relax and not have a care in the World, but other people take them a little bit to literal and wants to fight, kick, and claw at you for things that they can easily buy at Wal Mart or something. I do not fight for anything! I value my life!! People down here are nuts. NOLA is know for celebrating Mardi Gras season very heavily and people on the floats are at times, either fighting with someone else on the float or someone who gets pissed at them for not throwing them a cup or whatever!! It gets pretty bad and when that happens, you can find me waaaaaaaaaaay across from that drama cuz I aint even in it!
