"President Barack Obama's Inauguration"/Concert Night: Jan. 20th, 2009

I LOVED Tuesday, January 20th, 2009! This will b a day that I will never forget nor will I want to forget. If I ever begin to lose my memory...I hope this is something that I never lose. For the first time in US History, we have an African American President! Wow! When Beyonce sang Etta James' "At Last" song-it bought a tear to my eye! President Obama is doing all that he said he would do if he got into office and every timeI turn the news on he is overturing every bill that ex-President bush made. I just pray that no harm come s to him and that he can be the best 44th President of the US! Hopefully he can hurry up and do somethign about the economic hardships that so many Americans are faced with!!! :( He has the hardest job of all--trying his best to get all of us back on our feet!

Notorious B.I.G Film Chaos!

When me and mah friend, Tanya were at the movie theatre, the ushers made an announcement that we had to wait in line until the people were finished cleaning the screen. As soon as we were about to go to be first in line, these kids just ran in any and every which direction- and mess up the entire line! I called a manager over to attend to the situation and it got resloved because for a movie that I was seeing that costs me $9.50-I want good service Those kids made me so sick-you have no idea!

NYC Season Finale: The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and Yankee Stadium and Harlem/Brooklyn and The Bronx

On the 8th of January was my last day and I got to see the most beautiful thing in this world. The statue of Liberty! I could not take my eyes of it her! This statue represents so many things to so many different people. I has shivering and not because it was cold. It was great to be on the ferry and go to Ellis and Liberty Islands! The new Yankee Stadium looks great and this store Portabella is where all the NY Yankees shop-they had autographs and everything up in that store!

New York City Trip: Day #6-01/07/2009: "Wall Street; Grand Central Station; Staten & Coney Islands; The Seaport; Brooklyn Bridge and FDB of NY"

Wall Street was not as popular as TV advertises it to be. I was very disappointed. At the Federal; Reserve Bank of NY-i got to see how gold money is made and they give u a coin after the process is completed! I went to a men's store called, "Britches" and if u take the "r" out if it--it is a nasty store!! I thought that was hilarious! Grand Central Station is yet another place where thousands of movies are filmed and where some SVU cases are! I wanted to go to the major hot spot locations in hopes that I'd c a celeb there but no such luck this trip!!! Maybe next time, huh??
