I was NOT on set for very long, but I was still very pleased. I mean, NONE of the main characters were not in sight for the entire 5 hours I was on set. My call time was for 5:30 in the evening because all day the main actors were performing stunts and extras were not needed at all. So, when I arrived, I had to get a CSI Jacket because that is what my role was. We sat around in Extras Holding for about 2 hours until we finally got called up to the actual set. All I had to do was pretend to dust for prints and take photographs of the crime scene, & I had TWO dead bodies NOT ONE, but TWO! My partner had one dead guy across the room! I called my part a "featured extra." It was cool! And the CAMERA WAS ON ME THE ENTIRE TIME! Awesome, huh? There were bullets all over the room, THREE real body with gunshot wounds in them, fake blood, the whole 9 and it looked so real! That is the part that I cannot get over: HOW REAL IT ALL LOOKED! As soon as I saw the way it was arranged, I flashed back to Law and Order: SVU, CSI TV Shows, etc. It was unbelievable to see and to b apart of it, I kid you not! I loved today because I got to see how a movie is really made and what it all entails and how the Editor brings it all to life and to make it look realistic! I did not get to see or meet any actors, but maybe another time, I am still wishing high! :)
