Costume Fitting for GI Joe II: Retaliation for October-2012

My fitting lasted almost TWO, NOT ONE, but yes, I said two hours from 11am-1pm. All because I had to try a certain outfit on where if the shirt fit, the pants did not, or the jacket fit, but the shirt was too small, nothing was coming together at all. It was embarrassing to change all those clothes so many times to formulate the right attire for the taping of my scenes on next Mondays & we are going to have to be outside as well, oh I am going to get dreadful flashbacks of when I filmed Abe Lincoln-Vampire Hunter in all those wool clothes and was sweating my ass off to death. Louisiana is a hot city especially because here we do not get a chance to see the season of Winter. It gets cold, but not the kind of cold people see in New York City, Utah, Colorado, etc. The only thing that we did not have to work on was the shoes, the shoes that I wore there were the only thing that the costume girl approved of. It is really cool to be involved in all the preparations that go into a film. I love seeing the wardrobe people, the cast members, the fake wigs, blood, special effects, etc. All the characteristics that it takes to make a film a huge success. I love being in that atmosphere-I just love love love love it so very much!

Let's Find the Elite Killers TONIGHT!!!

The synopsis of the film-reading all the cool action words and the trailer may seem like this will be a movie you cannot wait to go see-but it is the furthest thing from that. From the opening titles, I did not recognize the production company, the distributor, etc. That was a for sure definite low-budget film. This SHOULD have went to limited theaters and not worldwide. I can believe the rating that I have been seeing for this film. The ELITE KILLERS in this film were Robert DeNiro & Clive Owen. What was Jason Statham there for??? Statham's character did not have any spunk to him, the only thing good about his character was how he was fighting people and even sucked because you could tell it was altered. They way he runs in the Crank movies is how he was running and fighting in this film. Looks like it was in a cheap slow motion version. Never a good sign! I was very disappointed @ how a film like this with THREE well-known actors, Statham included, could be such a bust. DeNiro is huge and the way an old guy like that was running and killer people like a young FBI Agent was too awesome!! He did great-then again, why shouldn't he? He is not an Oscar Winner for nothing....

REGULAR SEASON #3: BLACK & GOLD vs. Houston Texans...

The Saints: 40 & The Texans: 33! A complete slaughter of a game. The first quarter was disastrous as hell! After halftime, Lance Moore, Mark Ingram, Darren Sproles, and Jimmy Graham were making those touchdowns like crazy. Whatever happened in that locker room sure did them a world of damn good! Robert Meachem scored that Touchdown I was happy. It never ceases to amaze me that when I see these local New Orleans Saints Players on television or in the Louisiana Superdome LIVE-I flash backwards to when last year, I got pictures with so many of the Saints players and they tweet me, now Twitter just seems like a place for celebrities. Lol! It was a great game for the 3rd & 4th quarters and I loved watching it. I love watching the games with Missy and Jhuno at the Casino. We have gotten close. They are a couple that watch the games and we met last year. We sit at the bar tables and eat, they drink and enjoy each others company. Until next week's game...

A Night With Taylor Lautner's "Abduction!"

I think that for this to be Lautner's first lead solo role, he did very well. I see him doing more ACTION films than anything. It was odd seeing him fight, kill, get beat, threaten, etc. because he is not that established in the Entertainment medium, but the way he portrayed his role in this film, it is in his future. There was action in this film, there was suspense, more than anything. There was conflict and drama, deception, and all these attributes is what makes a movie a movie. This movie was like watching a younger version of Wanted, State of Play, Duplicity, The Sentinel, or even Shooter. Taylor may be young, but his facial expressions and the way he captured the screen was great! This may be a action/teenager film, but to me, I think this is first of many movies because outside of Twilight, he needs to begin making more films to see what responses it may get and which genre to go towards. I loved the movie from beginning to end and the explosions, intimacy, all the characteristics that made me love this movie are the elements to keep a person interested and that I definitely was! So go out and let Taylor abduct your heart-you will fall in love with it!

Advanced Screening with A's Pitt & Hill

Mildly entertaining! Not very or highly-but yes, mildly. Any & every scene where it was Brad Pitt & Jonah Hill interacting with each other was funny & they made me laugh from Pitt's movements & body language to Jonah's dumb facial expressions and the things he said! These two have that on screen bond & chemistry that is centered & on point. This was one of those films where they showed part of the ending first, then at the end, you understood why! I do not like films like that, but I can appreciate it in this film because they kept on showing flashbacks of Beane's past & how those flashbacks made him who he is today. The conclusion was not shocking to me. Beane was presented an offer from the Red Sox or stay at Oakland A's & at the end of the movie, it is revealed what the offer is & what he decided to do! It blew my mind what the offer was & what he decided to do, but from what I watched, it was clear to me what Beane decided BEFORE it was revealed. Will you see it the same way is the question you must ask yourself?

I Found A NEW TV Series for Mondays!!!

Today was the Premiere of "Playboy Club!" It was so good and exactly as the reputation has of Hugh and the bunnies! All the bunnies did an excellent job! I cannot wait for Mondays now! They have no many secrets and deception in this hit show, I know the ratings will go through the roof! I love it and cannot wait to see more!!! Some of my favorite actors are in this show like: Eddie Cibrian, Amber Heard, Jenna Tutum, Nautri Noughton, Wes Ramsey, and more!

REGULAR SEASON #2: BLACK & GOLD vs. Chicago Bears...

Saints: 30 & Bears: 13! WHOO-HOO!!! Remarkable game! It was so awesome, even though Louisiana has some insane Football fans, it is still said that we may have our doubts when the Saints play teams with stellar reputations like this. A few interceptions would have been made in the game today, but luckily they got dropped every single time! I thin that they need to have more players out there for coverage and to have all the players that are sitting on the bench to be out in the field because there is always a lot of room for the opposing team to score touchdowns. Darren Sproles is a remarkable payer, he is making everyone forget about Reggie Bush! He run fast, catches those long fly balls Brees is throwing to him, and the way that he runs is so funny, like a 'lil kid 4 an ice cream truck! Lol! Tight End, Jimmy Graham is remarkable as well! I loved watching this game! So glad they learned form their mistakes that first game last week! More to come soon....

I Feel Like Taking A "Drive!"

This movie was sort of adrenaline-pumping towards the end & it was such a "quiet" film for about the first hour! I swear all the lines that the cast had were like two or four words or even a short sentence! I was like say something more, keep active! Ugh! Ryan Gosling really did great in the very beginning of the movie and then he did really good towards the end. There was some scenes where the shots fired from guns came from out of nowhere and I was not expecting it and my heart kept on racing and my knees were shaking because I did not want to relax because I did not know what was going to happen at all. The Driver was also a KILLER, I think in the movie. Gosling went from driving to talking and killing. I wish he could have done that throughout the damn entire movie, though. All in all, this was a very plain movie with no imagination, and very little suspense. The killing that occurred towards the end was so up-close and gory that it was awesome to see because from the way the movie came on, no one would have expected to see such gruesome killings so close on screen, but the way it ended was how it began, very interesting, but all the parts in the middle-not so much!

Tonight Seems Like a Night for "Straw Dogs", Huh?

This movie was not at all what I expected esp. not from the previews that was shown! This was a very cowboy, western, limited, and plain movie. It was not all what the critics and other people who saw it said that it would be. The beginning of the movie was boring and I was forcing myself to stay awake for it. That in itself is a bad thing right there! The only part of the movie where it gets my attention is the VERY VERY END when everyone is trying to get into the Sumner's home and the killing begins! That caught my eye-I was happy that Marsden's character got to be a man and kicked some butt at the end. I do NOT care that I am telling how the end was because it was the only good part and if this movie is in the Top 5, this weekend, I have to speak to all the theaters who allowed people to see this horrific film with mild terror and suspense!

Filming "Wild Card" but as a Featured Bartender!!!

I had the opportunity to film Wild Card again because the last two times that I worked, I did NOT work and was not seen on camera! That was not the case at all today, I was so close to the camera, I was touching it! Lol! This is a picture of me and my friend, Derek who worked me me today! The extras love to take random pix when we work on movie sets! But this time as a bartender so that I could get in some camera time. I am always looking to get that camera time like a celeb. I was a bartender and I think that I did a pretty good job at it; I was keeping busy and I got to talk to the actors again, which is always a good thing. Actress Jennifer Finnigan is a very sweet and kind young actress! I love her to death! I had a very good day on set and was so full of life and energy! Geaux me! :)

REGULAR SEASON #1: BLACK & GOLD vs. Green Bay Packers...

Saints: 34 & Green Bay: 42! What a game! We left the casino at like in the middle of the 2nd Qtr. & the Casino was not packed at all which is odd, because on Gameday IT IS CROWDED THAN anything ELSE! Everyone most likely knew that the Saints were going to get beat and did not want to show up. As soon as we got home, THAT is when the Saints got their crap together! Aint that something, huh? But the Packers still put a hurting on them and I wished that Lance Moore WOULD HAVE PLAYED, BUT YOU CANNOT WIN THEM ALL CAN YOU? I saw the look on Drew Brees' face when he looked at the scores and how they were planing and it was on National TV! Sad!

ADVANCED SCREENING OF "Contagion!" Go See This Film or I Shall Cough ON YOU!! Lol

This was a very unusual movie centered around a virus that affected me! Lol! After what I saw in this movie, I did not want to leave the movie theater because I was thinking who sat in the seat I sat in, who touched the hand railings, who touched the doors and door knobs, who used the restroom, who breathed on me, who talked to me, whose arm rubbed up against me? Lol! This movie was that intense and it had me in awe that something like this can happen if we eat behind anybody or not properly wash our hands, etc. This film can teach you that much if NOTHING else and how important it is to take care of yourself and to be careful about whom you are around. Out of the SIX main characters in the film, TWO die and one of the two is a person whom I love and hated to see that individual die! It sucked! In conclusion, this movie, AT LEAST THE FIRST HOUR, was like watching Paranormal Activity or some freaky film like that because of the images that was shown, but after the few deaths in the beginning of the film, the film was average. For a film like this to have such a great cast of well-known actors, it could have been more thrilling and chilling. The previews led the public to believe that this movie was going to be horrifying, scary, gory, insane, totally great! It was not, sadly. I thought the film was average. Matt Damon gave a "great performance" out of all the cast, to me. There were funny scenes throughout the movie where the audience would have to chuckle, but nothing extremely funny. It is enjoyable and definitely worth seeing if you know people who need to learn to be more careful about touching anyone or passing a cold to someone, etc. because you never know what you may be transferring! That is the question that will ALWAYS be in the back of mind when I think about "Contagion!"

I'm N The "Biggest Channing & Jenna Tatum Fan of '11" Contest-The Top 10 Finalists!!!

I think that this is simply amazing! Out of over 20,000 entries, we are the top ten that Channing and Jenna picked. Now is the week to vote on ur TOP THREE out of the TEN picked! The winner will be announced on the 16th. I really want to win because int he five years that Channing has been holding this contest, the winner has always been a girl. If I win, it will be history in the making! I will be the ONLY guy to win for the FIRST TIME EVER! That is something to be proud of, Channing has a lot of female fans because they are girls and they think he is super hot, delicious, etc. but to be a true fan, you have to look beyond some one's looks, you have to look at how they interact with their fans, what charity work they belong to, what messages they try to portray in the roles they film for, how does he/she treat their family, how well do they try to interact with regular non celeb friends, are they kind, etc. Not just their looks, and I think that is why I should win. I explored every option when submitting my entry and no matter who reads my responses, they are touched by words. If YOU want to vote for me, the link is:
Thank you! I am iggest Fan #10!

The Mini-Saintsation Kids!!!

This was the LAST preseason game for the New Orleans Saints & my friend, Theresa got us tickets to the game and the final score was SAINTS: 9 AND the Titans: 32! The Titans whupped the Saints butts last year in a pre-season game! Two years in a row and for the cost of the tickets, the damn Saints should have won-they did not even score until the 4th Quarter! In the fourth quarter, that is when they scored a touchdown and they missed the field goal kick not once, but TWICE! OMG! I feel liek I owe Theresa her money back because people were walking out during the middle of the 2nd Qtr. and the beginning of the 3rd. If New Orleans fans are the best in the World, they certainly are not in pre-season games because they were walking out! I feel so sorry for the people who paid over $400 for tickets & they Titans lost! Here are pictures of the evening! I had a great time despite the final score, but tonight was my very first time in the Dome and I will treasure the expereince FOREVER! Thank you Theresa!!!
