Wayne and Jay finally arrived in New Orleans on the 24th and arrived to my place to stay over at 1:15am! I had to force myself to stay awake to let them in the access gate and when I saw them I jumped for joy! We came up to my place and we talked for a few minutes and played a game of Family Fued and then we all went to sleep. Then on Tuesday morning, I fixed Steak Fajitas for us for breakfast! Lol-we all got showered up and headed out for the day. We went to the French Market then to the Quarter then from there we headed to the Aquarium of the Americas and the Entergy IMAX Theater and saw a movie about Hurricane Katrina. After that, we walked to the Riverwalk and bought some lunch then form there we headed to the Westbank to see a few people that Wane knew when he use to serve a mission here-then from there we headed back to my place and we chilled there because we were walking a lot and we needed a dang on break! HaHa! We left to go to Shores Park because we could get some great pics there and then I discovered that I did not have my camera so after we took pics we went back to my place to see if I let my camera at my place then we headed to the bowling alley and we only bowled one game because of the price and Wayne won the game! From there-we headed back to my place and Wayne left me and Jay at my place because he wanted to go see some one on the Westbank and that he would not be long and we said go. While he was gone, Jay and I watched a few "Charmed" episodes and I started to prepare the Red Beans and Fried Chicken-I wanted 2 prepare the food when I knew Wayne would be back so the food was not even cold. We ate and they loved it! Afta that we played a game of Deal or No Deal then we watched the movie, "Deep Blue Sea." I baked some cookies and we ate some treats too! On Wednesday morning, they woke up and went to the Westbank again without me and when they came back we ate Turkey Necks and corn with Macaroni and after that we saw the movie, "Obsessed." Then we went to Laferniere Park to take goodbye pictures and then they went back to Baton Rouge! I was so sad when they left!
